The post office damaged my box and all the contents were lost. Bigdawgsgreetings.com resent me all my items, hassle free and claimed the USPS insurance so I didn't have to go to them myself.

Not to mention, this is the only company that has affordable sound sources for cards. I wasn't successful in adding the open to play type to my cards, but I love the push button. The sound quality is excellent! The hardest part is recording it to a volume that doesn't play too loudly at play back. But it's very easy to re-record if you mess up.
