Advertising stock that they haven't got , then say will take weeks to get , refunded within 3 days

"Poor communication"

Reasonable value for money panels. HOWEVER. no delivery date given or notified other than a phone call saying" its 7am and were outside your front door"!! seeing as i don't live at that address their lack of communication didn't help!
They advertised " anti mould" sealer and sent quite the opposite, cheap nasty trade WINDOW FRAME sealer with no anti mould specification. Sent a email to raise it with them & got my money back, however no apology or explanation..... just a refund.
Very poor communication versus reasonable prices!!!!
Would i use them again - possibly however i would have to camp outside my front door to make sure i was there!!

Allpanels were really helpful on the phone however the courier is awful.
The delivery was rubbish first they damaged and lost some of the panels so I complained the next day they couldn't find us so didn't bother trying to deliver.
So we called again. Next time they damaged some panels but I had enough undamaged and couldn't be bothered complaining again.
