"Really quick delivery"

Really quick delivery. Had been let down by a rival site who realised after order that they didn’t have a product in stock, so All Panels saved the day.

My review is based on the large number of damaged plastic panels and failure to respond to a number of emails over a 2 week period.

I ordered a large number (£500 worth) of 4metre upcv ceiling panels to use on my insulated conservatory ceiling. About 20% were damaged in some way. Some obviously damaged in transit but other had minor manufacturing blemishes and issues. They are lightweight and fragile. You may get lucky if you order shorter panels.

Note that each pack of panels costs over £50 and they have virtually NO protection from even the slightest knock or bump. They have a very thin cardboard end cover... totally inadequate. :(

I was eventually refunded the price of one pack but it may be wise to ensure you order sufficient to cover any damaged units. I had to use some damaged units which I hated doing... I did not pay for "slight seconds"

This could all be avoided with a little thought in the packaging department for what is otherwise a good product and a good company. Such a shame.

A good product delivered in good time. Be aware - the plastic is quite thin, and not easy to cut without chipping. Also, the packaging on my delivery did not protect the board ends sufficiently, and there was about 50 mm of damage on one end of the four boards in one pack . Fortunately I had sufficient spare for this not to matter, but All Panels please note - perhaps some expanded polystyrene to protect the ends?

"Great product but poor shipping"

Great product but poor shipping. My 2x 5mtr lengths of plastic angle, turned up bent in several places, and most of it went in the bin. Wrapping long lengths of flimsy plastic in bubble wrap doesn’t stop it from bending all over the place.
