The craftsmanship in building the fittings is really great. Customer service is a bit lacking. I placed my order the first week of April and didn't receive for almost 4 weeks and had to almost beg for someone to return my request for an update - no one ever picks up the phone and I'm guessing they don't listen to VMs either... and the service ticketing portal is just as bad. Again, great craftsmanship, but terrible customer support.

Shipping was a bit slow to occur. Product arrived fast. Website is kind of not user friendly. Placed my order but it never showed up in my account. Was a bit nervous about that. Product is absolutely awesome. Worth the risk.

I ordered a hard to find (not even on Amazon) 10x10x6 wye duct that arrived in perfect condition about a week later. The "Kid" kept me up-to-date on the status of the order and provided tracking information, so just a simple, no problems transaction. The price was competitive too, i.e., the best I could find.

It took a few days to ship but I received a tracking number and the item arrived about 10 days after ordering it. This was my second purchase from them in 2 months and I would definitely order from them again if needed.
