I purchased a upright stationary bicycle, sit down stationary bicycle, commerial grade tread mill, metal weight bars equipment with puIl handles and body muscle stretcher in 2014. I would have to wait to use precor at the gym because it was mostly being used by other people. No more I can work out any time in my home and no waitng or weather keeping me from working out. I bought all 5 units and have no issues or defects with them. Precor is more expensive than others brands, I spent over $13,000.00 on Precor and been happy and has been my favorite since I started working out 23 years ago and now I am 48 yrs old. Old saying you pay for what you get, meaning better quality durable equipment lasts longer that cheap ones. One reason why fitness gym companies use this product. You will not be disappointed in precor.

"Good solid product - But get a qualified installer REVISED"

Good solid product. Shaky beginning. Bad set up crew. Precor helped with getting the resolution done but it was set up bad. Still having issues.

THIS WAS ORIGINALLY 3 STARS: I was contacted within days after posting and shortly after, two techs were at my house and had everything fixed in minutes.

I’ve used my treadmill nearly everyday since I purchased it back in May and it works perfectly. I haven’t had any problems. It runs very smoothly and the system is very intuitive.
