Excellent customer service and excellent product I have no regret making this on-line purchase without actually trying it at a store.
I am 67 yo male. I have aches all over my body and getting worse with age. Also my body is getting less flexible. I do my daily walking exercise but my wife want to me do yoga for flexibility and balance. Somehow yoga does not work well with me. My body is already too stiff and will require major effort for yoga. But the stretcher makes my muscles stretch easily especially my lower back muscles, shoulder/arm muscles, and neck area. I sit on the seat and grab handles, and use my weight to stretch as long as I want. This really works well. At my first attempt, I was able to stretch these muscles I could not stretch easily before. It is very effective equipment. I would recommend for anyone who wants to stretch muscles where the pains reside and want to make your body flexible.

I am incredibly pleased with the stretch machine I purchased from Precor. It is not only a very effective piece of equipment, but it was promptly shipped and had all pieces present and in good shape. I intend to buy an elliptical or treadmill from them.
