Pine Media have been great all round so far. The installation of their broadband was quick and simple - 5 minutes and a router. As my building doesn't accept fibre this was the next best thing; comparing connection quality before and after installation, my upload speed jumped from 0.93mbps to 87mbps, while my download speed went from 8.80mbps to 74mbps, which from experience is the same speed and quality I've had with previous fibre installations. Customer service is also super fast and responsive, with 24/7 support via email. My only issue so far was resolved the same day I raised it, with an engineer being dispatched within hours of my email. All in all great and would recommend happily.

I never thought I would find a company who would genuinely put customer service at the top of their agenda, but Pine Media do. Recently, we have experienced outages in the broadband service in our area, the first due to BT problems impacting on Pine Media's service and the second due to their 'piggy back' service suffering a power cut. Pine Media communicated their apologies for the first outage and I emailed back with my minor complaints (I'm sure some people were in a more frustrating position than I). After the difficulties today, 6/12/19, I emailed the company again and within an hour was contacted, in person, to discuss my problem and how they could help to both solve the problems and what I would see as the way to improve this for the future. I can only say that not only does this company provide a brilliant service at an affordable rate in an area that has difficulty with connectivity but they genuinely care about their customers. Move your service to Pine Media they really are worth the 5* and more.

11/10 customer service, small company! Contention ratio appears low, few dropouts at start due to ISP upgrading/maintainance, usually done late at night/early morning, with minimal distruption. No throttling, or blocking of websites of any sort. Speeds not always max, probably due to nature of gigabit internet - as servers around the world might not be able to provide the full bandwidth you possess, in my case 500Mbits, but always in the range of 300-450 so cannot complain!

Installation has been done on the day, there were some problem in activating the service, but has been resolved by next day. Any questions to support have been answered within a day or two.
Need to use the service for few months to evaluate the consistent network/bandwidth performance.
