"Excellents speeds, fast installation, rapid customer service"

I could only get a maximum of 6/7mbps with the likes of Sky and TalkTalk but thanks to Pine Media's fibre to the premises I now get 100mb at only a few quid extra a month so well worth the money.

Installation was done very quickly and although there was some drilling and stapling into the wall was all done very tidily without any mess.

The person I initially spoke to on the phone when inquiring about the service didn't see to know much about it but since signing up the customer service team has been fantastic. I started with issues regarding my NAT type which subsequently limited my online gaming capabilities but after trailing a lot of different things out the issue was finally resolved. Although it wasn't a quick fix, I appreciate the always rapid response from the patient customer service team who sometimes answered late in the evening.
