"Great to be back!"
Coming back to Pine Media for my WiFi service was a great decision. Their internet speeds are reliable, and what really stands out is their customer support team. Whenever I've had connection issues or needed help with my router settings, they've been immediately available to help. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience hassle-free. After trying other providers, it's refreshing to have such responsive service combined with dependable WiFi performance.

"Best broadband and customer service we’ve ever had"
We have been with Pine Media since 2021 and have never looked back. Of the few occasions I have had to call customer services I have got through within a minute and spoken to somebody. No long waiting in a queue listening to crap music. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting blisteringly fast broadband at a great price.

"Extended service scam"
I have an issue with Pine Media and, to be fair, several other broadband providers. I call it the extended service scam. It begins with providing a knowingly underpowered "free" router upon installation. It won't reach very far, just a few yards from the hub, and it won't cope with multiple devices or a higher capacity (e.g. 100+ mbps) download speed. Which I find dishonest if they have contracted to provide that level of service. Their solution to the problem is to offer an extended service higher powered router for an additional charge of iro £10 per month - on top of whatever premium you may already be paying for a higher speed service. Double whammy! You can buy a much better router on the open market for e.g. £50-100 as a one off cost so £10 per month is extortionate imo. However, if you hit any kind of problem, Pine Media will not support a personally owned router, forcing you back to the aforementioned and extortionate extended service.
A "one off" additional installation charge would be much more appropriate than a monthly fee.

"Excellent"
We signed up in October and have no regrets 3 months later. Their customer service team are very responsive and were helpful with the set up process. Thank you to Jack, Will, and the team who were very helpful and supportive. We've had no issues with the service and it's great to deal with a local company!

"Better than the national chains"
Truly excellent support (based in Sheffield I think), which feels rare for an ISP, especially a local one.
I’ll take a local firm, especially one undercutting most other national broadband deals, any day.
Not to mention, I’ve had better service than when I was with Vodafone or EE prior to going to fibre with Pine Media. Most of my blips/dropouts (very few in my 2.5y of service) have been at night, and I assume as scheduled maintenance?
Great service, highly recommend.

"OK, but not seemless setup"
Pine Media outsourced the installation to Openreach who turned up and rescheduled for 2 weeks later due to having a 'unique setup requirements' but the second openreach engineer didn't understand what the original issue could've been so that was frustrating, but not the fault of Pina Media I guess.
After a few days of being connected, it is very patchy on laptop device, often freezing, but seems OK on other devices.

"Great speed"
Great speed, rare downtimes, clear communication, and easy to get in touch with support in the uncommon instances something goes wrong.
