I had issues with the internet not working from the moment I switched but the team have been very good with communication and getting fixed as soon as reasonably possible.
It's nice that I'm now also recieving the advertised up and download speeds that I'm paying for unlike my previous provider. It also now reaches the other rooms in my very tiny apartment which again wasn't like my old provider.
Overall very pleased so far.

"Great customer service"
I recently moved and have had some trouble getting wifi installed, as Openreach engineers claimed our flat was too high up. I contacted Pine Media and was put in touch with Jack who has been incredibly helpful, keeping me updated regularly and chasing Openreach on our behalf. It took almost two months, but we finally got our wifi installed this week – I think it would have taken a lot longer if it weren't for Jack doing a lot of chasing for us. Thanks!

"Worst possible customer experience with Pine media"
Pine media have provided the worst service possible so far, first of all they didn't provide the initial connection as agreed(15th sep requested, 18th they said they will provide the internet facility). When they were not able to provide the internet as agreed, I requested for cancellation of the service, as per terms and conditions within 14 days I have right to cancel the connection, but the support person who worked on the ticket misguided me stating that will have to pay 110 pounds as cancellation even before the service was not provided. 2-3 times, they asked me to stay in home so that technician will come and fix the issue. But they did not come on agreed dates. After 15 days connection provided I ended up moving to a different place. Pine media is not proving any connection out there. Since they were not able to provide connection in new place I requested for cancellation as I need internet connection in my new apartment for my personal use and work. But they are asking me to pay entire 12 month fee before cancelling the service or contract. I really wonder how within Sheffield s3 area they are not able to provide the service. I would never recommend pine media for any of the friends or colleagues. If any of you know about handling this situation better please do let know
