They were ok last year but for the past few months, there have been constant outages. Not worth it anymore.

This is the 5th outage in the past 3 days I'm getting during working hours and I work from home. Massively unreliable.

I contacted them to see if there's a reasonable explanation and they were not helpful.

Moved into a new property, after being limited to ADSL at my prior, and opted to support a local company that offered FTTP.

Had to wait a few weeks for an OpenReach install appointment to be offered on a suitable day, but service was up and running by the time the OpenReach engineer had left.

Pleasantly surprised with the Eero router provided.

Yesterday, there was an outage and I found their status system to be highly detailed with an option to subscribe for email updates. This provides far more information than I would expect from larger companies and shows they intend to learn from issues.

Nothing to complain about yet, speed is as advertised.

Ordered my internet was fast set up and hassle free got the 900mbs package as was good price for high speeds overall better than my previous internet provider

Happy New Customer. After a few very minor niggles during instalation everything has been working very well and the communication has been positive and helpful

Been without internet for over a month now and the communications from the company have been atrocious.

Still waiting for an installation (originally booked 15/01/24) every appointment or update has had to be chased up. Internet was supposed to be installed last week and I still haven’t heard anything or been told it’s been scheduled.
