"Fast Broadband connection 160GB"

I previously used Pine Media, very happy with support I have received, very friendly support team and knowledgeable too. I've not had any issues with the support and have recommend to my friends. I am using a 160GB connection fast for my needs, 3d printing and streaming tv along with some online gaming.

I like the fact you can use your own router which many ISP's don't allow that was major selling point for using Pine Media for me.

An awkward review for me being it took a long time to set up my service, but everyone was friendly throughout and always appeared willing to get the problem sorted, regardless of how many visits were required.
I have put three because I was promised callbacks that weren't met, and one of the issues with getting the install sorted turned out to be technician error.
The positives are the attitude of their staff, continued effort and the end product being what is sold. Consistent speed, as I've now tested.

Decided to go with using my own router as I already have my own network setup fine. Openreach were finished around 1pm but did not receive my PPPoE login credentials until the morning after. Connection didn't work instantly and emailed pine but was told that PPP was all the needed to provide. After troubleshooting my own network gave them a call and a couple hours later the internet started working so was an issue with my account activation.

Since activation my connection has worked flawlessly. Also a positive was that everytime I called I instantly got through to customer service.

Recently moved to Sheffield and was looking at Internet options, and Pine Media appeared to have the fastest WiFi in my area, so we signed up for their 100 GIG plan. It's really good value for money, and while the installation didn't go as smoothly because of a few factors (only one being Pine Medias fault) we got installed and were given a free month and no installation fee as an apology. The engineers were great and the support team were helpful.

I've been with plenty of providers in my time from Talk Talk to Plusnet, BT and Sky. All said the same thing: "You can't get good internet speeds because of your location." I live at the top of one of the hills and the nearest green box is about half a mile away. BT - the people who provide the lines and installed the infrastructure in the first place - were the worst company I dealt with. After hearing about Pine Media I had to wait about 2 years to get to my area. Once I signed up, Open Reach installed the lines (They were very sympathetic to my new rendering on my house) and I went from 13mbps to 160mbps overnight! Since then I've upgraded to GLO550 and get a steady 420mbps!
Yesterday I renewed my contract and I'm now paying less per month than I was previously. I can't think of any other company that gives good deals to existing customers.
Pine are a perfect example of why to shop locally. Large companies couldn't give two hoots about you.

The guys came on time to install the broadband. They were polite and made zero mess. They checked all was working before leaving. The broadband is working fine no problems at all very pleased.

I wanted to move to a fibre broadband but kept putting it off. I was recommended to Pine Media by my daughter who was really happy with her service and as they are a local company I decided to give them a try. I telephoned and they were really helpful especially as I had lots of questions. A date was set and the Openreach installation went seamlessly. All up and running so really pleased.
