Pine Media was quick to respond to any inquiries we had about the fiber installation process. This was incredibly important because initially the fiber installation was delayed due to the building owners not letting them install an access port near a difficult to reach area. Even with this issue in hand, they sent out a second team for a second opinion and they managed to successfully install the fiber line. We couldn’t be more grateful as the only other provider we had available was TalkTalk with 15 down and 1 up with terrible latency issues. Happy to say if you need fast fiber to be installed, go with Pine Media. It is affordable and their customer support is brilliant! Thank you Pine Media!

"Great customer service"

Pine media customer service is second to none. Good communication up to switch over and during first week of connection. Wired speeds are close to their quoted up/download speeds.
Only slight issue I am having currently (hence the knock of 1 star) is the WiFi speeds are nowhere near the Ethernet speeds. Again can’t knock the support received, just may need to purchase my own router to try and improve WiFi speeds

It was an overall easy experience, slightly over the date I booked and had some slight misunderstanding on the day my service supposed to be on, but overall, the connection has been very stable and I enjoy the ease of access I can get from Eero! Would definitely recommend Pine Media if you’re living around Sheffield S3 area!

Had a few problems with the initial set up of the wifi but after a few back and forth with the company trying to figure out what went wrong the problem was solved and sorted within a few days, they keep us up to date with any changes and information we may need! They are always happy to help and resolve any problem we have

Really excellent customer service! Had a rocky start to sorting out our internet primarily due to landlord but Pine Media was always in contact updating me whilst they liaise with my landlord on my behalf regarding the issues I was having.

I had a minor fault with my service (possibly due to me turning off the power every night) but the engineer that came out Danny, was an absolute pleasure, he refused to leave until my service was back up and running to perfection. He even moved my awkward furniture out of the way and placed it all back once finished thank you so much.

Easy to arrange, some of the setup guidance needs a little updating (mentioned equipment the don't use anymore) but overall good. Connection didn't go to plan, but customer services were quick to pick it up, and while it took a couple of hours to sort, they got us connected. Overall good experience.

Just started using Pine Media this week after moving into my new flat. So far the connection is great and the price is brilliant! Only issue is that they’ve charged me a set up fee when my building is already set up with Pine and there was a router already in the apartment, so no set up needed.
