Great service. Fast delivery and really easy to deal with in the case of any issues. We ordered multiple times from Pure IT and once had an issue where a screen was damaged in transit. They were super easy to deal with and sent out a replacement immediately. Wouldn't go anywhere else for refurbished equipment.

Item arrived without a power cable, which it was supposed to. Necessitated me going to buy one. Granted they said they'd send one, but with bank hols, 6 days later I'm still waiting. Who wants to wait?
Disappointed because I purchased from this supplier because of their good reputation. A shame I didn't enjoy that.

Got the laptop on time and its is very good condition. So far everything seems to be fine. I took out a 3 year warranty so happy that I have a fall back position if anything should go wrong.
