Happy with my new monitor. The team was professional and very helpful with getting me the right adapter to fit my 'special' laptop. I would order from them again.

"Still not received my order - not a next day service"

I ordered a screen and paid a premium for next day delivery. Had to chase when it didn’t arrive and was assured it would be on a pre-10am the following day. It’s now the following day and no one can tell me when it will arrive. I would have chosen another supplier if the website had honestly promoted the service level I could actually expect. This would be a 1 star review save for the people I’ve spoken to - who seem genuinely nice and apologetic.

Thanks very much for the information between your company and me, and my sister, (who is the technical one), to work out the most suitable computer for me to use.
The computer was packed well and arrived quickly and safely.
It took a lot of work to transfer my data to the new computer, and sort out various things, mainly because I am not the technical sister, but since then it has been brilliant. It is ready to use in a few minutes, which is a huge improvement on 40 minutes with my old one.
The members of staff were very helpful, and it's useful and reassuring to know I can get in touch with them again about any future problems or questions I might have.
