"Order never arrived, bad customer service"

Ordered and paid for a Jbl Pro scape test lab kit on June 9th, as of today the 18th of june still not received. Made contact on one the many email addresses listed and had no response after a couple of days. Emailed another email address and had the manager Chris come back saying he was having trouble finding my order on the system could I supply postcode and other details. I supplied details and a copy of the invoice I was sent in confirmation email. Not heard anything back in over 48hours despite saying in the email I'm desperate for this kit as my tank is failing and I need to test my water. Customer service is terrible and I'm £90 down and looks like I will have to get in touch with PayPal or my credit card company to refund

"Great pre sale and after sale service"

After finding an aquarium I liked I had some specific questions about the lighting unit, I emailed Lincs around 10pm and by 10am the following day Jack had already emailed back answering my concerns, this was followed by a few more emails that day all answered within minutes of sending, this quick service and understanding of my concerns sealed the deal for me and I placed my order.
Once I had purchased the aquarium I received contact from another team member confirming the date that delivery would be made and how this would arrive (kerb side pallet delivery) this contained tracking information.
Tank arrived on the day they said it would, only negative with delivery is no confirmation received confirming a time window for delivery and unable to see this on tracking website either. Prehaps if I had contacted the delivery company they could have confirmed however since I'm currently working from home this didnt really cause an issue.
All in all fantastic experience, this was my first time using Lincs but I will certainly be using again in the future and using the reward points I now have which is another great thing with this company.

"Disappointed customer"

Ordered a water feature on website which said it was in stock for next day delivery,5 days later called to see where my order was,to be told it was out of stock,so annoying,quite happy to take your money then have to wait long enough to get it back!!!

"HORRENDOUS - Would not recommend"

Isn’t it funny how businesses get in touch when they get a bad review!

Anyway it just gets better. They’re now stating they delivered items they didn’t - are not refunding in full the mis sold items - taking money out for “imaginary goods” and refusing to collect a return for the other mis sold goods. Fortunately I’ve worked in retail for 18 years as well as finance and will be covered by section 75.

The service has been nothing short of shocking and rude and I personally wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole.





Started off well but have been ignored in all communication for 3 days now. Goods they sold me that weren’t needed as were mis sold haven’t been refunded but have been received - still waiting for answers on the other items sold wrongly like soil substrate for my fake plants??!!

Really bad advice given- a starter
Package put together with items not needed but luckily someone has helped me realise this. Probably just trying to sell more to people who don’t know.

Will wait a couple more days then will
Get my credit card company to chargeback.

APPALLING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ' SCAM!

Appalling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could award no stars I would.

I was not sceptical for my first purchased from this company after reading those reviews but it was absolutely wrong.

I bought two angels water feature for my garden but it came with one angle head  broken. So I phoned the customer service for an exchange or refund. 

They said they couldn't do exchange as it was the last item but they promised me to refund as soon as they received the item back to them.

I took the pictures and sent by DPD courier on since 28th April  but I still haven't received my refund yet.


When I phoned and spoke with Arran Williams, he said the refund will be processed and will get it soon but it hasn't happened yet. I kept emailed and requested update but they have ignored my emails since then.



Now, I have to make formal complaint and
will take the action.

To conclude, please stay away from this company and don't trust the reviews on the website as they are fake.

Online ordering worked perfectly, the delivery driver called when he was an hour away and despite no house numbers (only names) in the village he found us with no problem and was a great ambassador for your business.

"This is a fabulous company"

This is a fabulous company - gave me lots of advice, even rang me to check I’d ordered the correct size of pond liner and delivered on time on the day they said they’d be there. Cannot recommended them highly enough!
