So the light looks as the picture fair enough but up close it looks cheap - which it was not and it took weeks to arrive. At the same time we purchased from three other suppliers, they were all fitted weeks prior to delivery

Listings on the site are not consistent or accurate - the lights we ordered specifically because they said they were dimmable, actually weren't compatible with dimmers.

I've bought two ceiling lamps from this company. The first was for my son's room and was very nice, well packaged. I was concerned to find the company didn't appear to be in the UK as the URL would suggest, but since it all went well I ordered a different light for our dining room that had thin metal leaves. Unfortunately it was not well packaged, had moved around in the box and many of the leaves were bent when it arrived. The company were responsive and organised a replacement which was relatively easy, if slow. However, the replacement was packaged in the same way as the original and had the same damage. In the end I bent the leaves back into shape myself and repainted it to hide the damage, but the fact the same problem occurred a second time was very disappointing and I would definitely think twice about ordering from this company in future.
