Easy intuitive website with a good choice of product. The external wall lights were excellent quality and easily fitted. Have used this company to supply several internal and external light fittings and all have been great quality at a good price. Would recommend.

lI am very disappointed with Lights.co. I ordered a pair of lights for my granddaughter's birthday. Firstly, I got a message that the said lights were out of stock. No suggestion of how long it would be before they were available again. By the time they were available, my granddaughter was on holiday and with minimal notice my daughter had break up her day and go and collect them. And then to cap it al, one light was ok but the other one was missing some sort of connector. I've had no problems with Lights previously but this time you've really let yourselves down. Next time I'll be looking for alternative suppliers.

I purchased a lamp and was told that delivery was delayed at the beginning. It arrived safely in the timescale given, however it appears that the manufacturer has changed part of it. Email then pictures were sent to lights.co.uk, who quickly gave me a choice to resolve my issue. Return and full refund or small compensation and keep. I opted for the compensation and to keep, as I had sourced how to get my lamp the way I wanted.
Problems happen, this company couldn't have done more for what I would think was outwith their control
