"Light never got delivered"

Light never got delivered, being ignored by customer service.

Not yet received the goods ordered on the 14th seem to be in the final parcel centre for a long time

Light has not been delivered. Package doesn’t actually seem to have left Germany and it’s being returned to company. Have been waiting for 2 weeks.

"Extremely disappointed"

Extremely disappointed, the light I was supplied with was clearly faulty and I am surprised that this was not noticed by the packer/quality control. My electrician was here to fit it and suggested he could try to correct the fault, with a risk it would break. I phoned the company to ask if we could try this but customer service could not help at all, said I had to submit an online form and I still haven’t heard back. So I’ve got a faulty light and will incur additional call out charges from my electrician if and when this eventually gets resolved.

Absolutely appalling. We placed an order, our lights then got lost within their system and apparently we can’t have a refund until our lights have been found!
Staff were rude and unhelpful and we are over £120 down with no lights
