It hasn’t arrived yet, it said 3-5 working days and it’s now 13. I have had to cancel the electrician who was coming to fit it.

This is probably too early to review as they may still correct the issue. Ordered some outdoor lights and the bulbs for them. Sent the parcel straight back without opening, following the correct procedure from online.
They only credited me for the lights not the bulbs. Then they sent me another order of just the light bulbs that I did not want? Very strange

Easy ordering process. Quick delivery (couple of days). I could follow the status of shipment very easily (from Germany). The lamps arrived well packed, are of good quality and look good on our outside walls.

Lights look good though didn’t realise they were all plastic. Black cover looked as though it was metal in picture.
Only one cable entry position on back box not ideal if you are replacing an existing light . I had to drill through plastic back box and seal with silicone

Honestly I wish I had read the 1 star reviews before I ordered! I am in a similar situation to a number of customers where I have ordered lights and I just keep getting emails to say they are delayed. Waited 5 weeks and now told that they won;t be with me for another month....cancelling my order. Don't use this firm
