I customised my chair and selected a red back which resulted in a 40 working day lead time. Kim emailed me the day after the order to relay this information and gave me my delivery date which was on point even with such a wait time.

The chair arrived in great condition and I couldn't be happier.

Great customer service. Had some questions prior to order which were responded to within the hour. Once the order was placed I was quickly informed of the delivery date and chair arrived as promised on the original date.

"Wrong legs received and no refund"

I received the desk with the wrong legs, or at least not those that were advertised. Mistakes happen, but what I found irritating is the response I got: "given the size of the desk the legs I requested would not fit". Well, I had called the office twice to check exactly that and I got reassurance that there were not issues in relation to the size of the top. The scallop legs add £140 to the cost. Not peanuts. On the positive, those who installed the desk were nice guys.
