First class service. Ordered a Herman Miller chair yesterday at 10 and got an immediate call back to confirm size spec and stock. Just taken delivery at 10am today. I’m in Carlisle and they’re in Norwich. Superb customer service, just like it used to be. Went with TP reviews and cost. £300 less than John Lewis. Knowingly undersold ??? Well done team !
