Had recent surgery and was struggling to find a chair for my needs once returning to work. Bought and returned quite a few on Amazon. Gave up, called Office Furniture Scene for advice information. They were incredibly honest and helpful, advised checking with local dealers first and even suggested which brand and models to ask for. Very honest and full of good advice.

Will definitely come back to them once I have chosen a model.

I bought a chair from office furniture scene. An employee called Neil guided me through the chair adjustments very clearly. Unfortunately, I am a short person and had to return the chair. The returning process also went quite smooth and I got my full money back.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a sayle chair from them and the seat cushion came damaged, so I called them and they fixed the issue right away. I received the new seat a day after and they guided through how to insert it. I would buy from them again.

Because the chair is covered by a manufacturers 10 year warranty, I contacted Office Furniture Scene to let them know and see what could be done. After requesting a few photos, Neil was able to confirm it was an issue that HM experienced occasionally and that the warranty claim would be processed immediately. One week later and I've just said "Goodbye & thank you" to a Herman Miller engineer after his visit to fit the replacements. - What fantastic service all round!

Best price around for this Herman Miller chair. Delivery was delayed by many weeks as they didn't have a chair in stock that had the particular combination of features I needed, but luckily I could wait. Condition of the chair on delivery was excellent.

Furthermore, the delivery times were amazing and of course, the state of the chair was exactly as they say: Brand new, no scratch. Starting from the boxing (official HM boxing), the wrapping was nothing short of perfect. The icing on the cake was the competitive price. I will definitely consider them in any future purchase and highly recommend them.
