Recently bought a second high end office chair from Officefurniturescene
I had some questions regarding bespoke and off the shelf items which were handled very knowledgably and efficiently by Neil, making my choice easy.
The ordering was easy and delivery arrangements confirmed by telephone contact that they make with you once order is received and processed accordingly.
Chair turned up on the day expected, well wrapped and protected - no issues at all

Managed to get the exact chair I was after for my home office and when I ran into an issue where I wouldn't be there to accept delivery on the original date they were able to easily reschedule.

"Excellent (Elite) desk, but three weeks to ship from warehouse"

I ordered an Elite Flexidesk on 26 July online through OfficeFurnitureScene; they kindly called me promptly to check the order was accurate. The desk was made by their supplier and was apparently with OFS on 9 August. It took until 31 August to deliver it to me - seemingly it had just missed a delivery to my area of the country (Hampshire) as the delivery warehouse waited until they had enough other deliveries due to warrant the trip - three weeks as it turned out. Average responsiveness to calls and emails, felt like I was doing a lot of chasing. If I’d known it was going to be three weeks I’d have gone up to their warehouse in Leicester and got it myself. Great desk from Elite, but in future I’d buy through somewhere that can deliver my order with a bit more pace.
