What a great company with incredible customer service!
I ordered my custom Herman Miller Sayl chair and was given a date of Nov14th (or there abouts). While i waited, I was having to use a wooden dining chair which was about as comfortable as being stretched on a medieval torture rack.
I contacted OFS to see if the delivery date could be brought forward and the lovely Georgie stepped up, took ownership of my issue and worked her magic (thanks again Georgie! <3) - the result? I'm typing this on 08/11...while sat on my awesome HM Sayl chair...which was delivered on 03/11!!! Almost 2 weeks early. Georgie and OFS are passionate about what they do and evidentially, willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They are now going to be my first port of call for any future office furniture purchases
