Super quick delivery and sizing was spot-on. This was my first purchase so I’m so excited to get more product. The one complaint I had was that the buttons feel loose and might be prone to ripping off. It will be easy to repair, but I know I have to keep a close eye on them.

I received my dress and was surprised to find tons of loose threads. This made me inspect The Whole garment and i could see it was very cheaply made. I understand that the price point is more affordable but was not expecting such poor quality.

This dress came quickly and was very well made. The waist is bunchy elastic, so was less flattering than I had hoped. Its still a great quality piece and a bargain.

"Buyer beware - cheap dresses and horrible return policy"

I tried contacting customer service 3 times after my online purchase because there was a glitch and my promo code was not applied. I received 0 replies. When I received the dresses, the measurements were not accurate and the cloth quality was quite cheap for the price. However, the WORST part is the returns process. There was no return shipping label and the instructions were long and complicated. Though the website claims that a buyer will receive a full refund, including shipping fees, if the full order is returned the rep I spoke to says that maxes out at $7. The cheapest shipping I could find from USA to UK was $48.52! I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH LINDY BOP AGAIN AND WARN ALL BUYERS TO BEWARE. Their complicated and iffy returns process (still haven't received my refund),inconsistent customer service, and disappointing stock is something to steer clear of.
