I ordered this item a while ago - long enough ago that you feel I should have received it. Tracking says it's been in Miami since the 7th it's now the 10th so I have no idea how to rate an item I've not received and really hope I receive by Christmas

"I feel scammed"

I attempted to make my first purchase from this website and bought a dress on sale for 1/2 price. I received an email a few days later that my money was refunded and they could not honor my order because the oversold the item. I went on the site and the dress is still available in the size I ordered, but of course it is at full price. This is not good business...be wary of this site.

"Great affordable styles"

Thrilled with my purchases, have not had an issue with quality, and love the styles and the fact that they are more affordable than other vintage inspired companies. However, it is a little confusing that a US22 is actually a size 6X. It was confusing the first time I ordered, and I had to do a return and re-order in the correct size. I'm assuming it's because it's a UK company? Besides that, I'm very pleased with Lindy Bop!

The dress and the bag are perfect. The only thing is then you are order from Canada there is an extra duty fee I had to pay 40$ more to received my package. But it was fast delivery thank you

"You may have to chase them for a refund"

Lindy Bop makes some quality stuff and you can't beat the prices, but pray you don't have anything wrong with your order. I've received products from Lindy Bop before with no issues. They have fast shipping and if you're looking to buy reproduction on a budget, this is your store. The reason why I'm giving them 3 stars is because I've had to chase them for my refund that I still have yet to receive. I initially contacted them on Facebook explaining my problems with my dress. I told them I wanted to keep the item because it was just a broken button loophole that could easily be fixed on my end but wanted to know if they could do anything for me. They told me they could give me 15% back, which was great. They said I'd received a refund in 5 business days. It's now been over 5 business days. I contacted them again and they said they were looking into it, still nothing. I just emailed their help email to maybe hope I can get my refund via there.

Edit: It's been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a refund. I'm sure I'll get it eventually, but this is ridiculous. I understand it's also the holidays, but I think I've been more than patient enough.
