"Not Happy"

I received my dress damaged (with a stain) and it did not fit anyway. I wanted to return it and was honest in contacting the company and letting them know I received the dress damaged. They only offered me a partial return to my card and said to keep the dress. I wanted to ship the dress back for store credit and pick something else. Now I have a stained dress that doesn’t fit and only half my money back like it was my fault. I will never buy from them again. I have told all my vintage wearing friends to be careful not to order from this company.

"US website, but only costly UK returns"

Though there is a US website, you can only return items to England and must pay full postage yourself (free return only for U.K. customers). Return costs are therefore ridiculously high and when i noted this to the company, they sent me to a website that supposedly shows cheaper.rates than I reported and the site only showed higher rates. They don't see the exorbitant return costs as a problem so U.S. customers beware.

The clothes are truly good quality and the sizes are consistent. I probably own 20+ articles of clothing from LB. I have had to return maybe two.

Great shipping, good quality clothing. The dress doesn't fit me, but I think that is mostly on me! The sizing could be a little clearer, or I would give five stars. I will continue to order from them though, and hopefully I will get the correct size this time! I only didn't return it because it was on sale, and I will give it to a friend. It's still a really cute dress.
