the company is great the product was nice and liked but didn't fit right .
Need to let customers in the US know that they will ship back the England not some where in the states. to return sometimes cost more then the items.

The dress was listed XL on the website, but the tag said 16. Way too big. Wished the site was more specific with sizing.
Ordered from their US website, but returns have to be shipped back to the UK — $28!!
So unhappy. It seems dishonest when I purchased from a us website to have to pay for an international return, especially when the sizing was off.

It would be fantastic if us US buyers could actually be sent tracking information without having to ask customer service. The shipping confirmation emails say the tracking will update in 24 hours, but I went a week waiting for that to update and not knowing when my package might arrive.
