Don't get me wrong. I LOVE Lindy Bop dresses. I love them! The thing is, that when I ordered last time, LB informed me, that they will split my order into two packages due to weight (as I said, I love their dresses and am happy to buy more than one). Ok. So after some time I received the first package. And never the second. I know that times are crazy and things happen, BUT when I contacted customer service, I got the info, that both my packages were delivered. And after my request for tracking number they sent me TN of two packages all right. But one was from January and the other one was of the package I recently got. Since then they simply ignore my mails, nobody communicate with me. My other package worth $100 just disappeared into thin air. So. Their products are awesome. Customer care is more than disappointing. You know better, Lindy Bop!

I loved the pants BUT they didn’t fit. I used the size chart and measured at my true waist. None of that would have been too big a deal except it cost almost as much in postage to mail them back as the actual pants.
