Not the greatest business. Money was taken in error using loveadmin and they didn't do the right thing and just refused to refund or sort the issue. Had to claim back through Paypal.

Really pleased with how it operates and am finding my way round its functionality. I cannot always find help online when I need it, but support provided from the LoveAdmin team is excellent.
We find that emails from LoveAdmin often go into the receivers' junk or spam folder, due to the name of the software - unfortunate name choice! This means they sometimes miss important messages.

Loveadmin have really revolutionised collecting payments for my business. I have a dance school and no longer a headache getting payments off people and keeping track of everything. The system is amazing - it does so much! It’s made my admin life sooo much easier. The team are all so friendly and only at the end of the phone. I Would fully recommend them to any club! I only wish I found them sooner. Thanks Loveadmin!

"No communication in their team, poor customer service"
We first agreed to sign up to Love Admin in the middle of September, with a go live date of 28th October, to coincide with our half-term. We were asked to send some data, which we did, and where then told it wasn't in the right format so we redid it. During this time we did not have a dedicated account manager but were talking to several different team members. We then had an online meeting to handover the system to us, and it became apparent that our requirements had not been communicated to the team at all, after that initial meeting. It is now 15th November, with no live date in site. I have had to chase this company several times for an update. We have received no apology. You have to pay a deposit when signing up to this service, in order to get them the information they need to be able to go live on an agreed date - but there has been no repercussion for them missing their deadline and no apology for the amount of stress this has caused me and my team. We had staff training booked for 30 team members ( who are all freelancers) and we had to cancel it. Then when we did see the programme, most of the fields were not populated (as it seems the information from the first data collection we sent them, was needed after all). It then became clear that another main requirement of our agreement to sign up had not been communicated. This is a company who are selling software to streamline admin - and yet it seems they do not have a system themselves to ensure all those working on your set up have the right information. At this stage, with still no attempt to apologise to us, we will not be continuing with Love Admin.

"Pathetic website"
Honestly this whole website needs to be thrown in the bin! By far the worst website to navigate through I have ever been on. I refuse to use this website and I’m sure there’s plenty more that feel the exact same.
