"Almost there..."

Very good at collecting fees and keeping customer information up to date. Excellent interface in my opinion. What would make LoveAdmin perfect is the ability to add a sibling discount. Just a simple coupon code at checkout or an option in classes saying 'if additional members are added would you like to add a discount.' If you can build this whole database then adding an option for discounts should be simple. This simple fix will stop the need for customers contacting us regularly for something they can easily do in their online accounts. Also looking forward to the new payment system as Paypal is awful! Just something to take card details ONLY is fine.

"Help is always at hand"

The team are always on hand to help, especially when you make silly mistakes! The system works well and in most cases it's just learning how to use it and get it to work for you.

Hopeless. No option to select payment day, date or individual payments. It's all or nothing, not at all user friendly

LoveAdmin have the most incredible staff. I am a complete technophobe, but they are always so patient and their instructions and information is always so clear. Their online system has 100% helped streamline my business, and hands down, LoveAdmin get what customer service is all about.
I genuinely think of them as part of the Inspire Allstars team!

"Have been using this for a few months…"

Have been using this for a few months and wished I had never agreed to it. In order to get the best from the system, you need to be confident using computer software prior to starting this. I can see the advantages of it but the support we have had has been less than helpful. I have been left frustrated, irritated and at the end of my tether trying to sort it out. I am an intellegent person with a disability and have explained this to the people concerned. The support staff assume all of their customers have the same abilities. Some of us have not grown up using computers & I have not been helped enough to feel at all comfortable using this system. Having been reduced to tears on many occasions I don't feel happy contacting the support team as I am left feeling that they don't care.

"Easy to use for both administrators and end users"

Having struggled for a few years with an Excel-based membership administration process for our Supporters Trust, we assessed a number of options for a more specialist system and were impressed by the functionality and intuity of the LoveAdmin system.

We are now live with the system and it hasn't disappointed! The support that we received in planning our membership migration and support in ensuring that the configuration was correct has been excellent, with structured training sessions provided to help our administrators get to grips with the system. If anything was missed, the support team have been excellent in responding to ad-hoc questions.

Generating payment requests has been really simple, and made a huge difference with cash collection, and the integrated email solution has helped us to easily keep our members informed of key activities that we are working on. We've also received positive feedback from our members in respect to how easy it has been for them to renew membership subscriptions and update their details.

If you are struggling with spreadsheets and multiple systems to manage your membership requirements, I would certainly recommend speaking to the team and taking a look at what the system has to offer.
