I have found Loveadmin so helpful from the moment I signed up. The system is very user friendly and has saved my small business so much time.

The team are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble and have experienced each member of support staff friendly, patient and thorough.

Love Admin system has most definitely taken a lot of the manual admin work away and we have lost less money as a
Club since changing over to it.
V1 does have its downsides, for example adding kit to sell became quite complicated so we gave up trying and decided to wait for V2 to launch which hopefully won’t be too much longer.

"Love Admin? No, I don’t love LoveAdmin"

If you’re an end user of Love Admin’s services through a club, for example, the experience is utterly diabolical.

Virtually every website on the planet with a payment aspect can handle it seamlessly. Not LoveAdmin. They use terms such as ‘pre authorisation’ and the wording is awful that you end up cancelling something when you shouldn’t. Or you have to complete a DD mandate for a one-off payment. LoveAdmin over-complicates the overly simple, something virtually everyone else seems to have mastered.

You can’t even pay for items online using a bank debit or credit card, by far and away the simplest way to pay for anything online. One day maybe LoveAdmin will be in line with the 21st century.

The comms is dreadful in its accuracy too. We received comms stating payment will be taken… in about a week’s time! But… the system still allows us to pay for those items, it’s not even in an ‘payment pending’ state. Work that out.

It’s like the portal, is designed by a techie. I’m wondering if developers and product owners working there have ever even spoken to a non business end user.

They have clearly sold a dream to clubs but the service from an end user perspective is just incredibly frustrating. If you are a club, don’t be won over by a glitzy presentation. Your customers will hate you for it. It may be ok for you, but it certainly isn’t ok for us.

LoveAdmin? I truly do not love it. It’s clear that little user research was performed, all the signs this was led by a somebody technical who probably ‘knew best’ with little interaction with actual users.

Love Admin don’t take criticism well. They keep flagging this review. You’d think a company like theirs would welcome feedback. If you’re a busy customer of theirs (or a potential one) they are happy to take your money but are not providing your club members with a service fit for the 21st century. Those club members will happily take their business to another club where they don’t have as much hassle performing what should be simple, routine tasks. Something to note before you sign a cheque. Because that’s probably how they’d want to be paid.
