I've only just recognised that LoveAdmin has been taking £95 from my bank account since Jan 21! For something I've not signed up for and I don't recognise the reference at all????
I've tried to call them, to ask for the immediate refund, they say they're going to look into it and call me back, this was last Monday! I've tried speaking to the 'head of customer success' but every time I call back she/he is always in a meeting?
I've contacted my bank & am going through the chargeback process... what on earth...

My name is Janet Gulroch, I'm the technical director here. One of our administrators here at N********** FC received a call from a former employee of loveadmin on Monday. I couldn't believe what happened next. Our administrator was sent a demonstration of a way of accessing all of our members data and how anyone can do it, even being completely external to loveadmin. We've had to completely cease using the system, and have requested that all of our members data be removed and deleted. We've also had to contact each member asking them to change their passwords on other applications they may use, as we are worried about their security.
I had my doubts when going through the onboarding stage, as the 'software' is just completely dated, to be honest we went with loveadmin because they were cheap, but this is just insanity. I'm waiting for an answer from loveadmin as to why our members data, and other club members data is freely accessible. I'm taking legal action, as this is a clear breach of members personal information.
It's been 2 full days, and no update whatsoever. Absolutely useless waste of a company, prior to this problem, the amount of time my administrators have to spend on the phone working around fixes and resolving problems with their software is costing us more money and time than before we started using them. Oh how we regret going with this sellotaped together company.

Management. I've seen and heard employees been made to cry after being shouted at. The office is dire, horrible partition walls, it's a glorified call centre done on the cheap.
Absolutely vile management are still working there, I won't name drop. I've seen things you wouldn't believe working here. I'd also be worried about the safety of your club members data when using LoveAdmin. There are clear vulnerabilities, it's a GDPR disaster waiting to happen.
Simply, do yourselves a favour and avoid this company like the plague itself. If you care about the safety of your members data, don't even contemplate LoveAdmin.

Lauren, has literally been a gem from start to finish. Nothing has been too much trouble and everything has been actioned in a timely manner (quicker than expected) on every occasion. Everything is details and explained and I look forward to using the program knowing I can access support from Lauren and her colleagues.

My online zoom meeting went really well. Michael was very clam, clear and knowledgeable about LoveAdmin's software.
He was very good at listening at any enquiries I had and really tried to get me to understand everything that i need to know. plus he reassured me that my admin work would be cut by 80% which is like music to my ears haha.
I would of given more star but I haven't gone through the process yet but when I do I will re review.

Excellent experience setting up my new system. I initially worked with Dean R who fit me in to his busy schedule last minute, I was greatly appreciative of this and found him to be very friendly, competent and helpful.
