I have found the experience setting up our system fairly easy. There has been a few times that I have had to contact the team to help. Lauren helped me so much and answered my emails straight away. She guided me through the areas I was having problems with and I am please to say I am all set up and ready to go. I know if there are any future hic-ups (which I am sure there will be) the support team will be there to help.

"The worst system I have used for booking"
Without a doubt the worst system I have used for booking.
If you want to book a week of holiday club sessions you have to:
1) select each HALF day from an unordered list of ALL available days
2) fill in a form for EACH half day one-at-a-time (because neither the 'copy from previous' or 'stored info' links work)
This system has stolen over an hour of my life and has made me warn every person I know about using it - to the point I'm now getting people come back to me telling me how much they hate it.
I am not a client, but I *think* it might be a case of this the parent (client)s seeing a lovely mobile for the baby, but the baby (user)'s view being of a set of rotating a***holes.
Full disclosure: I am a web software engineer - but I DON'T work on anything that competes with this.

"Very impressed by on-boarding process"
Very impressed by on-boarding process. Calm show around the system when it can appear overwhelming. Proof is in the pudding though and Im just about to get going for real.

"Pre-authorisation issue resolved"
We had an issue with a customers payments bouncing continuously.
We were unable to cancel the pre authorisation and the customer was not being forthcoming in paying as the amount was not showing in their outstanding balances.
LoveAdmin Support as contacted and resolved the issue within a week. All outstanding balances were returned to the customer account and the balance was settled within 3 days.
Great support and another win on the collection of outstanding balances.

I am the head coach and manager and do all the admin myself so having the system to enable me to manage waiting lists, class registers, monthly payments, uniform payments along with plenty of other tools is an absolute godsend and saves me so much time! "So slick and such a clever system"
After using the same booking system for my dance school for the past 7 years I was quite apprehensive to change to a new system. However, ignoring what LoveAdmin had to offer was impossible, so after an initial video call to chat over the system I just had to sign up.
All correspondence has been amazing and prompt. The team are so helpful and the handovers, building of my shop and general tutorials have been great.
Nothing is too much hassle and they have been great at reassuring help is on hand if required.
Im so excited to implement LoveAdmin into my business.
