Tolle Kurse, besonders Zumba macht richtig Spaß! Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein super Fitnessstudio mit viel Abwechslung. Empfehlenswert!

kaputte Geräte… beim Training fällt das Gewicht runter (Beinpresse)!!!!!! kaputte Spinde, Duschen gesperrt! , nicht sauber!

Studio Stuttgart-Mitte (Wilhelmsplatz) - defekte Geräte werden nicht repariert.
Die Rudergeräte sind seit geraumer Zeit in einem schlechten, nahezu defekten Zustand. Das Personal reagiert mit geringem Interesse und keinem Engagement darauf und im Ergebnis hat sich nichts geändert.
Vielleicht ist bei diesem Preis nicht mehr zu erwarten, aber funktionierende Maschinen sind das absolute Minimum.
Reicht ja, dass es massiv unaufgeräumt ist.

Stand (01.03.2025) keine Lösung und Rückmeldungen von Wellhub nur auf direkte Anfrage
Heute nochmals Rückfrage an Wellhub und an MCFit, Kommunikation zwischen den Wellhub und MCFit nicht zielführend ist.
In der Email wird zusätzlich darauf hingewiesen, das der Vorgang zur Prüfung an die Verbraucherzentrale gemeldet wird.

Problem mit Check-in bei MCFit über Wellhub am 04.01 2025 gemeldet. Vertraglich angebotene Leistung kann nicht im vollen Umfang genutzt werden.

- Problem bekannt bei McFit und Wellhub aber Leistung wird weiterhin angeboten

You certainly get what you pay for in terms of the facility and the floor support but the equipment is often better than that of gyms three times the price. Clientele at my branch absolutely fine too - perfectly respectful in my experience. The staff are friendly too.

Gotta take a star off for the muck pumped out on the screens though - screens you can't avoid if you want to use the cardio machines. The same showy, substanceless fitness influencer videos running for hours, days, years - and now there's Saudi sportswashing on full cycle repeat.

Kann mich beim einmaligen Besuch per Wellhub äußerst positiv über den Mitarbeiter äußern; sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, außerdem ist er im Studio sehr aktiv und fleißig unterwegs.

"Absolute scumbags.."

Absolute scumbags... I bought a day pass for a newly opened location in Friedrichshain, but the app would not download on my phone, despite having a German SIM and having never had any issues with foreign apps before. It said that it was not available in my location... I could not go through the process of setting this up, therefore I could not gain access to the gym when I went in the evening because there were no staff.

I saw that the payment had not been taken, and I assumed that there had been an error, and I went to a different gym.

Now, months later, I am receiving chasing emails for the payment of 6.90 euros... I wrote back explaining my experience and asked for an explanation. I received no explanation or apology for the inconvenience, no empathy at all, only insistence that they would take the money, despite me being back in my home country.

I saw that they finally took the money, and that it is somehow set up as a recurring payment! I never did this and have cancelled the recurrence, but they are the shadiest, pettiest, scummiest organisation I have come across and quite frankly their financial operations seem fraudlent at worst, and lacking transparency and fairness at best.

Leider hat es Mcfit bis heute nicht geschafft eine Erstattung zu leisten obwohl mir durch eingetragene Ruhezeit ein Beitrag abgebucht worden ist.
