Purchased the Maxvideo MV480 inspection scope. Was a bit worried after reading reviews, item arrived within 48 hrs. Genuine autel quality piece of kit, no issues and would buy again.

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I ordered the Maxicom MK906BT. it arrived 2 days later to the midlands where i live. Yes the seller is based in China and nowhere on his website does he claim otherwise. The products are dispatched from the Uk as stated and are original products not clones. I am very happy with the MK906BT its a great bit of kit. The only bad side is if it does go wrong then yes i would have to send it back to china to be repaired but considering i got this at a fraction of the cost of what UK retailers are asking i am not complaining at all. I have used this on 2 vehicles already and had no issues, i have downloaded all updates with no issues and registered the device also with no issues. if asking for support on the device you must take into account that the seller is in a completely different timezone so replies will be out of hours for UK times, But the seller is responsive during there working hours

This is not a company based in the UK but in china and these are grey imports if not counterfeit. Beware. So not covered under a UK warranty.

Terrible, no te atienden , se les pide ayuda para resetear la bateria, y nada, les importa un comino el servicio al cliente, yo por mi experiencia os recomiendo intentar que compreis en otro lugar de venta que cumplan, ni os lo penseis, lo importante es el servicio al cliente y no la venta, y estos no cumplen lo primero, que es lo fundamental, me arrepiento de haber comprado aqui, mala experiencia.

"DO NOT BUY FROM Autelstore.co.uk"

Autelstore.co.uk is selling genuine autel equipment that is NOT compatible with the UK market. It is known as a 'Grey import' and can only perform basic functions like read DTC's and clear them. It will NOT code any vehicles such as battery, injector or even perform dpf regeneration as it is only for the Asian/USA/Canadian markets. If you purchase ANY autel diagnostic tool from autelstore.co.uk, it is NOT compatible for the UK and is NOT eligible for updates or repairs by any UK dealer. If it has the prefix 'MT' before the model number it is a grey import! All UK models are prefixed with 'MX'.
Autelstore.co.uk states that it ships from Barnstable UK, which is actually where the UK head office is. However, the return address is slightly different. DO NOT RETURN any grey import to the return address "Barnstable". This is not the PayPal address of the sender and you will not get your refund. The return address is Shenzhen, China, where they will refuse to pay there own import taxes and send the package back to the sender. ONLY use PayPal for your return package and you will receive your refund. The Amazon and eBay market places are flooded with these 'grey imports' of the autelstore.co.uk items and do not state that they are not compatible for all functions in the UK. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!! Please please avoid.

"Autel - a tale of two identities"

I phoned Autel UK in Dunstable as I was worried about accidentally buying a fake Autel tool. The man there told me Autel UK only deal direct with a few models, not online and there are some of their products that are only available online. He couldn't tell me the name of any reputable online dealers and didn't seem to know about the online products at all.
So there seems to be two Autel organisations selling two ranges of tools.

Please be very very careful in dealing with Autelstore.co.uk, a Chinese company literally run from China - not the UK, as I thought.

Do not confuse Autelstore.Co.Uk with the Autel UK, who are UK main dealers for Autel and are based in Dunstable.

Also any devices purchased from Autelstore are highly likely known as grey imports and are NOT covered with any UK warranty or UK service, although its very unclear on their website they have to be returned directly to China. Also note, even if the device is switched on, the company regard this as a used device and mention NO full refund.

On another matter, the courier they use is known as CE China Express UK Limited, Unit W8, Westpoint, Middlemore Lane West, Walsall, WS9 8BG (read their negative reviews on 192.com and Trustpilot via the direct link to Myluckyteeth). Apparently from the reviews, the courier's send out poor cheaply made products and according to many the company don't reply to emails or phone calls.

This courier also employs one person (uk.globaldatabase.com website) & despite sending my package back to Walsall (as per the return address sticker on the original packaging) I was told by Autelstore to return to China - it was too late by then, as the package had been tracked and signed.

Also note; despite asking the full address of the Autelstore UK warehouse location they always avoid the question. Research revealed the courier address deals as an operating warehouse, so I assume Autelstore warehouse is located here as well. More so, as Autelstore never answered my question.

Also avoid going through Paypal Resolution Centre, as despite a tracked signature they declined my claim. In the end, go through your bank or building society for a payment reversal claim.

Therefore If you purchase any diagnostic device for your vehicle and wish to return the product for a refund, then expect a lot of problems and disputes with this Chinese Company.

So just to recap; if your product is to be returned for a refund,it cannot be sent back to the Walsall return address as originally shown on packaging!. Secondly in their eyes the device is now second hand and doesn't come into the UK consumer rules, but it has no UK warranty or service.

And lastly my experience is as follows; I bought the Autel MD808 Pro diagnostic device from their website. It mentioned the device could be used on a whole range of different vehicles. What they do not tell you and in my case I own a 2015 Vauxhall car is the software is only compatible with Vauxhall cars before 2012. Therefore the oil reset feature is not compatible with my vehicle. Regrettably even the latest version software downloads do not have the latest vehicles.

Just be careful.

Ordered Autel Bluetooth AP200 scanning tool from autelstore.co.uk on Sunday 20/12/20. I then saw the Trustpilot reviews and thought oh dear I bet have been scammed!

How wrong was I.... I was given a tracking number to watch progress of my order which arrived promptly today 22/12/20 by Royal Mail 48hr tracked.

The item works as described and connected to autel servers to activate without a hitch.

Great little tool from a supplier who processed and dispatched my order very promptly. Will be using again.
