The worst broker by far, a bunch of idiots working there, they just care about the load and will always blame drivers or carriers for their negligence, they are a piece of garbage!

There is no continuity at TQL.
They didn't follow through with shipping instructions and a load was trashed with costly damage.
Then they lied about what happened.
They would not take any responsibility for their error.

The worst part is, we have told them we will never use them again but they continually call and write multiple times a month.

I cant believe their management is okay with their agents stalking clients like jilted ex lovers.

"Ran a load for this company driver…"

Ran a load for this company driver arrived way before it was time to drop load for them to say we dropped the load late. How is it possible when we was scheduled to pick up another load for another company, along with one of the brokers was so upset with my dispatcher because we wasn’t safe in driving in the Arctic Blast we decided to come off the load a day before, so now when we would try to book certain loads they don’t allow us due to her leaving in our file we partial a load they put us on. They are so untrustworthy, they love to get over on the carriers, the will lie on the carriers we will no longer run for this scamming company. Oh by the way we asked for proof to show the driver was late they stated they can’t show us proof as well as getting the confirmation from the receiver that the load was on time.

Worst company in the trucking industry. Basically blackballed me before I ever booked a load. When asked why the best they could offer is it was a business decision. Wait to treat a Vet.

"Kyle McCarty- CHEATER AS A BROKER"

I did a load with TQL in November, first there was a 8 hours wait time at the shipper and they refused to pay the detention stating that their customer refused it. Later on after a month they deducted the lumper fee amount from my load stating that they didnt receive the receipt, which is a LIE by the broker - Kyle McCarty. He never asked for the receipt after the load was delivered nor he sent us any request for it, just deducted the amount straight away. However, I did submit the receipt along with the POD and I showed him the proof so now he is saying that its too late to take any action on it as the load is closed in their system. If he would have done his job right in the first place and checked his records we wouldnt have to bear this loss because of him. He really is doing this purposely and looting carriers by such shameful acts under TQL's name. SUCH BROKERS SHOULD BE PENAILSED FOR THEIR INTENTIONS AND ACTS, REALLY DISGUSTING OF HIM!!

AND TO TOPUP EVERYTHING, WHEN I ESCALETED THIS TO TQL, THEY DECIDED TO STOP WORKING WITH US INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH THEIR FRAUD EMPLOYEE.

Horrible company. Drivers not allowed on dock since covid. Shipper puts seal on, receiver removes it. Load was short per receiver and we are being billed for it. They have you on tracking but call non stop for updates. Do not haul for this company

I have used TQL quite often over the past year or so. My contact has been Sam Titus. He has kept to the cost quoted, kept me updated on the eta for the driver on both pick up and delivery side. Quick to respond when I reach out thru email. I have not had any issues using this company.

Dont haul loads with TQL they will screw you over, over anything. They are very unprofessional. If there is a problem with a load they talk nice that they will not file a claim then later you will see a claim being filed

"Does TLQ care about it's customers"

Does TLQ care about it's customers? A carrier TQL contracted with to ship an order consisting of a single oversize pallet, somewhere along the line a carrier claimed the pallet was longer than stated and sent additional charge of $170.00. I presented photos of the actual shipment verifying the dims when carrier picked it up. TQL sided with their vendor, not their customer. They lost our account, while small (5k a month) for $170.00, The freight industry is a challenge, I've shipped over 2000 of these pallets over past 15 years and this has become an issue over past couple years..Could it be freight industries way of creating additional revenue stream with no addition cost?

I did a load for Emily Wall, definitely the worst experience with one of the tql brokers so far, extremely rude.
