We had a great family trip in South Africa and Zambia. The hotels / lodges were great and the tours fantastic, especially the Cape Tour they organised. We loved our Cape Town hotel and our lodges in South Luangwa.

Very good organisation in Pilanesberg National Park.

Only thing I would have preferred differently: Our driver in Pilanesberg NP tried very hard to satisfy the expectations from visitors to see all the Big Five animals and animals, which you may not see every day. Especially in the afternoon, after be informed about a spot of possible sight of leopards, our driver rushed trough the half of the national park just to make sure we would see these leopard. Finally, we saw them far away, but on the way to them we missed many opportunities to obsorve more commen animals such as zebras or antilopes from very close. We just didn't stop for them anymore.
I would have preferred a little bit less rush and more time to enjoy the beauty of the nature.

But again, all in all a great experience and I can recommend Biggestleaf Travel without any restrictions.

"Amazing South Africa Trip"

This was our first trip to South Africa and Biggestleaf Travel did an amazing job. Jenny organized the first part of our trip to Kwa Maritane Bush Lodge in the Pilanesberg reserve from Johannesburg. Then Sabrina took over and organized a mini Garden Route trip from George to Capetown. Everything was beautiful and worked out well: great safaris, clean hotels, great route map and a new and reliable rental car. We felt safe the entire trip and although we never had to call Jenny or Sabrina during our trip, the emergency phone number gave us confidence we would not get lost. Jenny and Sabrina are.both super responsive and have great knowledge and suggestions and it was never too much to change itiniraries until were happy. I recommed Biggestleaf Travel and will plan future trips with them. Thank you for making our holiday an amazing experience.
