I can not stretch enough how happy we are with our help from Biggestleaf and especially the help of Daniela! We've set her up with the difficult task to book a 4 day safari for a family of 7 adults that are terrible at making decisions. Daniela has helped us so much by suggesting different lodges, giving us a wide range of different options and offers, thinking along with us and even helping us out with the rest of our trip by recommending us what to do during the rest of our trip. She's extremely friendly, patient, experienced and kind. With her help we've booked the best option we could possibly wish for. She knows a lot about the reserve and other parts of SA and doesn't only offer solutions for things we asked, but really goes the extra mile and also thinks ahead in what we could also like and enjoy during our trip.
