"Very bad safari experience"

Very bad safari experience. We arrived at the meeting point and there was no sign of your company at the end at 10:06 we asked someone who said our vehicle left without us in the end they came to pick us up. There was an hour tour, parking at the Pilanesberg Visitor Center the driver said 15 minutes break in fact she ate and we left after 55 minutes and then a drive back out of the park. Disappointing and not worth the price we paid.
