Losing my data was extremely traumatizing. PDR came to my rescue. My only not so good comment on PDR was they advertise as providing 24-hour service, including emergency service, and when I tried to request emergency service no one got back to me. Also, they said it would take them about 20 minutes to assess the problem and it took them about 4 hours. In such a time of distress, 4 hours feel like 4 days, so that made my stress level even higher. Other than that, they did exactly what they said they would do. They restored most of my data and when I pointed out what wasn't restored, they went in and did it. I also did the free post data recovery consultation and that was extremely helpful.
