Very happy with my experience. My cloud backup strategy for my personal computer turned out to be critically flawed. I had a local external drive but was only backing up quarterly. So when my 2TB internal drive died I was in a panic. The team was very responsive after a brief start up delay. Once they were working on the project they were very good about setting expectations. I would suggest a bit more handholding at the beginning when people are in a panic. :) They were able to recover 100% of the data on the drive so I am a very happy camper. It was expensive but worth the investment in not spending several hundred hours in rebuilding expensive and complicated music production libraries.

We were struck with the 2048 bit Ransom virus. We contacted several companies and no one would even try to crack it. To that point in time no company had been able to crack the 2048 bit encryption code. We continued to research other companies and came upon Proven Data. Their proposal to us was if they couldn't crack the code there was no cost to us at all. So, basically we had nothing to loose.
