I loaded PC Plotter on my new Dell PC and it caused a cycle of Windows blue screen errors. Eventually I had to revert to factory settings, losing all my software and data.

Excellent service, immediate proactive response.
I ordered online updates for two Navionics Compact Flash Cards (CFC).
Less than two hours later I received an email asking which plotter the CFC's were for. I confirmed that it was a Raymarine C120.
A further email informed me that the C120 plotter can have problems reading the standard 8G CFC and I needed the updates on 2GB CFC's. These could be provided by Navionics UK based in Sutton Marina, Plymouth.
I happened to be in Plymouth so it was easy to go to the Navionics office and within two hours I had the updated charts on 2GB format CFC's.
I feel sure that I would have received the same excellent response, delayed only by the postal service, should I have needed to send the cards to Navionics.
