"Vortex Air Pro…Returned"
Bought a Hotsnap Vortex Air Pro Bladless Tower fan (Heater & Cooler). It's been returned.
It's a heater. It doesn't cool anything. Even on the highest setting, you have to put your face in it to feel the slight movement of air.
To make matters worse, the customer service team's excuse is that it isn't sold as a cooling fan which it very clearly is.
And then to rub salt into the wound, I had to pay for the postage.
Save your pennies and buy a Dyson.

"Impressive fans at an affordable price"
Came across these fan units on Facebook, always a bit dubious about buying from these sites, anyway went ahead and bought a vortex air pro was so impressed also bought a vortex tornado 3 in 1, then my partner also bought a vortex pro so have quite a collection now, very impressed as good as the leading brands at an affordable price.

I love my tide paddle board had it a year now had a problem at the beginning but they sorted it straight away my board is amazing will definitely get another board from them

"Be wary of the returns procedure"
I bought a fan that was supposed to be ‘whisper quiet’ but it was, in fact, quite noisy. For the short period I had it running it seemed extremely ineffective too. I requested a return and had to jump through various hoops as the instructions threatened that you would not get refunded unless you followed them exactly. I eventually received my refund but I’m out of pocket for both the cost of returning the fan and the original postage costs. Consider this before thinking of buying from them.

"Terrible customer service"
Hot snap failed to provide sufficient details to the courier to allow for tracking updates to be sent meaning that I missed the 2 attempts to deliver with knowing that they were happening.
I contacted them to request the product be resent and I heard nothing back. Called after 3 weeks and was told there was nothing they could do as a refund had been sent. I had no correspondence of this happening, not even an email to confirm they had received the item back.

"All was good until I wanted my money…2023"
All was good until I wanted my money back, it said desk fan but was bigger than my desk so without using it I requested a return, they accepted my request and I returned immediately and they received it the next day, that was a week ago and I've called twice and been told it would be refunded immediately on both days, such a shame as the initial service was good and the staff very pleasant but it seems refunds can only be done by directors and they just are not processing it.

One of the items had a manufacturing error.
Such an efficient service as they replaced the item for me in 24 hours.
