Colin was amazing. I was hesitant at sending off 2 films of such sentimental value even though I was unsure exactly what was on them. I phoned Colin and his knowledge was reassuring. He advised me from that initial contact and kept me informed of everything from the moment he received my films. He sent me a file to view at home whilst I was on the phone to him so I could identity the people in the films and give a title. To my absolute delight, one was my parents wedding. The finished product arrived quickly and was of brilliant quality. I cannot wait to send the remaining films I have to him. These are ones I can play on an old projector so am aware of the precious content and trust him implicitly to convert these to DVD also. Thank you.

I contacted Colin after finding my late parents old cine films. They had not seen the light of day for decades. The service was prompt and efficient with Colin being quick to respond to any questions.

I got the films and usb stick today and memories flooded back. The quality is exactly as per the reels, but considering some of them are 50 years old, you cannot expect HD.

I'm very happy with the service and can now share these memories with family without worrying about old film snapping, burning or getting damaged in any way.

We had some old super and standard 8 film from the 80's which Colin converted to DVD .He added music and enhanced the film .A great idea for Christmas presents at a very reasonable price.(will get you loads of Brownie points from friends and family!)
Colin was also very amenable on the phone when I spoke to him and was kind enough to give to explain all sorts of issues related to film /video transfer.He knows his stuff and seems a nice guy!

"Great service converting 4 VHS tapes to MP4 digitial files"

Helped me convert 4 VHS tapes with old family memories on them into MP4 files sent to me via WeTransfer. Can't fault the service, the quality of the video files is great and it all happened very smoothly and quickly. Best of all they were very accommodating of the Covid-19 lockdown arranging a courier to come pick up the tapes.

I initially sent two 50' reels of Standard 8 to transfer into MP4 files to see how they turned out. The service was prompt and efficient and I was really chuffed at seeing the results featuring myself when I was 6 in 1966. Just recently I sent twelve more films of between 50' and 400'. Again I was really pleased with the results so I now have a collection of films from 1960 to 1988 which otherwise would have disappeared forever as it is nigh on impossible to get a serviceable projector.
I really feel that Colin gives you welcoming personal service from CineFilm2DVD as opposed to a more business one.
