"Belledorm 400 Count Egyptian Sheets"
Just received my new Belledorm 400 count Egyptian cotton sheets and duvet covers. The quality is superb and I saved quiet a bit of money in the sale. Just one gripe about DPD not delivering when they said they would but Samantha in customer service sorted this out for me with any hesitation. Would definitely use again at this price.

"18 TOG - Rubbish!"
In the autumn of 2018 I purchased from Bed Linen Direct an 18 TOG Duvet for my wife who suffers from the cold dreadfully. When it arrived it was immediately apparent that it was not as described and was an inferior product. If this is an example of Dacron filling and "Baffle Box" construction give both a very wide berth.
Bed Linen Direct refused to accept that there was a problem and that it was not an 18 TOG Duvet, because of the construction, and refused to take the item back.
We purchased a 16.5 TOG Duvet, which has been ideal and half the price, from Lancashire Textiles. Since we were stuck with this "18 TOG" duvet I decided to try the rubbish for myself as I had never used a duvet with a rating higher than 10.5 TOG. I can assure anyone this is not 18 TOG and it is not as good quality as the ones I have used historically.
With this level of customer service Bed Linen Direct do not deserve to be in business.

A big thank you to Bedlinen Direct for my new Belledorm sheets. Got a great price in the sale so I went for the 1000 count cotton range, so glad I did as they are superb. Delivery was on time with DPD so I would not hesitate to use your services again.

"Liars and poor customer service"
Item described differently and a different quantity to what was shown on the website, queried this and they changed the website and called me a liar until I showed them the screen shots. Two weeks on still waiting for a refund. No apology and very poor customer service. Items are sent direct from suppliers, with Bedlinen Direct just an ordering page. You can find the items cheaper elsewhere and much better service. I would avoid

. A small fault with a mattress topper was dealt with promptly and professionally and a replacement sent within 2 weeks.

I ordered 2 fitted sheets and was quickly informed by email that they no longer had the required sheets and would I like something else. I explained what I required and was then sent an upgraded version of what I required. Unfortunately I was only sent one sheet, not the 2 I had ordered, but as soon as I emailed back I was assure I would receive the second sheet after New Year, which I did. I consider the prompt attention and service fabulous and would recommend and use Bed Linen Direct again.

Shortly before Christmas I ordered from you 4 double sheets and 8 pillow cases. The parcel arrived on the Friday before Christmas, but, on opening, I discovered that there were only three sheets. I gave you a ring and spoke to an extremely helpful (and apologetic) man who said that there was nothing he could do about it until after the New Year. I had to accept that and, with mu suspicious nature, assumed that I would be spending some time this coming Friday chasing this up. So I was delighted when the parcel – with correct contents – arrived today, the first day it could possibly have done so after New Year.
Nobody minds – or should mind – when things go wrong, provided that they are addressed promptly and correctly. That is what you did, and so I thought it only write to say Thank you. I am impressed.

"Bad quality sheets"
I recently purchased two fitted sheets Egyptian Cotton 400TC, they were very poor quality and definitely not a 400 TC in my opinion, also one was badly faded. So I returned them at my own cost, for a refund but Bedlinendirect only agreed to refund one sheet so I was left out of pocket.
