Watch out for their small print- Bed Linen Direct advertises sale and full retial items on their normal website clicks for an established manufacturer- they then refuse to exchange or refund your order. Not sure this is entirely legal and certainly very tricky and deceptive. I'll be giving this company a miss £50 later.

"Unfair Treatment"

Ordered bedding protectors that were described as suitable for tumble drying. When they arrived the packaging was marked Do Not Tumble Dry. I raised a dispute via PayPay and seller asked me to return via signed post. A week after the returns were signed for the seller claimed they were not received. After I provided proof of delivery the seller refunded the initial amount and closed the PayPal case without refunding my return postage. Lesson learned: always insist the seller emails a paid post label.
