"Item not anything similar to photo"

First off, I would give LP 5 stars for customer service. I had to return my product and the process was quick and easy! The shipping was also fast and the packaging was lovely!
The reason I had to return my multicolor Tahitian bracelet is bc it doesn’t even come close to the photo online. I know lighting and colors of natural pearls will never be exact and I didn’t expect that. But my pearls were not multicolor .. I had one that had a hint of blue while the other 14 were varying shades of gray. They were dull and not have the nice luster anywhere near the online photo (even in bright sunlight). And bc these are natural pearls, I don’t expect perfection either .. but I thought for an item over 1k the chosen ones would have less pitting.. which were visible on most of the pearls to varying degrees. We just got back from Tahiti and I thought for the quality shown in the picture, this bracelet is a great price compared to comparable items we bought in Tahiti. But it wasn’t the case. LP shouldn’t be showing pictures of $5k+ bracelet for their $1k range. The bottom line is Tahitian pearls must be bought in person so you can examine the quality and luster of the product.. cannot trust picture and lighting. But given their 60 days no hassle return policy you can take the risk if have no choice to buy in person. In my case, I’ve seen so many varying qualities of pearls in French Polynesia in person that I’m more picky and wish I had bought more items while I was there.
