"2 man delivery not what they promise if u live in a flat"

I had paid 50 pound for delivery before for a weekday 2 man delivery. That didn't work up because the items were not quite ready to be delivered when I had a day off work . I ended up telling them I would cancel the order because they couldn't guarantee they'd bring it up the stairs in flats even though the description for 2 man delivery said taken to the room. The sales team talked me out of cancelling by offering me 20 off the delivery so I could offer it to the driver in the hope that he would help me carry the stuff upstairs . Still a week day wasn't good any more as I couldn't guarantee to my dad that they would take it upstairs (i would have been at work). As a result they gave me Saturday delivery for no extra plus 20 pounds off so that I could offer 20 pound to the driver to help me carry it up.  In the end the driver refused to help despite the offering of 20 pounds so had to ask Natalie my partner to help me carry the full bathroom suite upstairs. Pleased its all over. Was glad to get some money off but frankly they over sell the delivery service with the words on the website and there are other online shops that offer free delivery when the stuff is dropped off outside the house and not on the room so over all not very impressed .

We bought an aqualisa digital shower from 365. I dealt with a man named Jan who was very polite, knowledgeable and honest. The product arrived within a couple of days without damage. The courier advised of the delivery date and approximate time by sms message.

Excellent place to shop as they have helpful staff and products that are often the cheapest online. They also have an actual showroom that you can visit and the fact that they exist for real is always reassuring when shopping on line. Delivery service was also excellent. Would I use them again? - definitely, they are top of my list for bathrooms suites and equipment.

We have just refurbed an en-suite - used Laufen, Grohe and Geberit stuff. Palette delivery was smooth and easy, smaller additional items delivered using DPD - both kept us informed and were perfectly timed. A couple of manufacturing defects were handled brilliantly by bathrooms365. Next bathroom project will definitely be using these guys!

I have used bathrooms 365 for a bathroom suite and a cloak room. On both occasions they have been very helpful on what will work with what and delivery has been fast they also knew what items were in stock and how long delivery would take.

A toilet I bought was damaged on delivery but as i could not check it within their stated 48 hours they will not replace it. Do not buy from this company

From the first time i rang Bathrooms365 up, they could not have been more helpful. Their prices were exceptional, saving me over £750.00 against my local supplier. Delivery was the best home delivery I have come across yet, and I shop online alot. text message the day before to indicate whether they would be arriving am or pm and then the driver called 30 minutes before delivery to allow me to get home from work. They then carried all the items including my new 80KG bath into my spare bedroom upstairs. The product was perfectly wrapped and I was amazed but delighted that all 20 items were flawless. It will be a pleasure to pass on their name!

"poor delivery and customer service"

the product and price was good but the delivery service left a great deal to be desired, i paid for two man home delivery but delivery company failed to deliver this and i had to collect from down the road. bathrooms365 were dismissive of any responsibility and unhelpful as they had already been paid, would not recommend and certainly not use again
